A health conscious yoga mama of 2 & a certified instructor with a unique approach to teaching.  
One that aims to be inspiring, as well as realistic and relatable - and encompasses the physical, mental and emotional aspects of well-being.
Based in Lower Mangrove now; over the last 20 years I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and have been lucky to learn from many wise and inspiring individuals.
Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy.
Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on a mat somewhere soon.
