We've had fires, we've had floods...now all we need is a little YOGA to keep us strong, mobile, healthy & sane enough to face anything else that gets thrown at us.
New Year is a busy time for most of us - back to work, kids to school, weekend/after school sports/activities etc.
So we'll ease into it slowly and work our way up.
Starting Friday February 28, we'll have a 6 week block of Vinyasa flow classes - 6-7pm @ Peats Ridge School Hall - so that we can 'Sweat & Let Go' of the week that was, and (just in time!) prep for chocolate bunny, easter egg, and hot cross bun season... which the shops are tempting us with at check-outs already! Yikes!
If you have a particular time / place / or day of the week that works best for you to attend a yoga class, please drop me an email and I'll try to incorporate it into my future class planning.
